Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced electrical assembler for industrial systems in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on installing and routing electrical systems from engineering drawings, wiring equipment, and performing terminations with quality and safety in mind.

The candidate will read schematics, BOMs, and revision-controlled docs, maintain records, escalate discrepancies, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams in a highly process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical assembly, construction, or equipment wiring.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Experience with wire and cable routing, identification, and installation.
• Experience installing conduit, raceways, and cable support systems.
• Experience with grounding, bonding, and electrical connections.
• Hands-on experience with crimping, terminations, and panel-interface work.
• Experience using controlled torque tools and performing measured verification of completed work.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision-controlled documentation.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and problem escalation.

Job description

This position is responsible for installing and routing electrical systems based on released engineering drawings and work instructions. The role involves wiring industrial equipment, running conduit and raceways, routing and labeling cables, performing electrical terminations, and ensuring all work is completed according to quality and safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable working from electrical schematics, BOMs, and revision-controlled documentation while maintaining accurate records and escalating issues when discrepancies are identified.
