Think FE is partnering with a Berkshire college to recruit an Electrical Programme Manager. You will oversee Electrical Apprenticeship programmes, supporting staff and ensuring high-quality delivery across two campuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Electrical Apprenticeship programmes across two campuses.
• Support and manage teaching and assessing staff within electrical provision.
• Monitor learner progress, achievement and overall programme performance.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Ensure apprenticeship delivery meets awarding body, funding and compliance requirements.
• Support curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with employers to ensure programmes meet industry needs.
• Help develop the provision and maintain strong learner outcomes.
