Responsibilities

• Willingness to meet the expectations of an Apprentice in the Watson Apprenticeship School including weekly "off hours" class attendance.
• Assist team members with basic maintenance, repair, installation, and operational activities.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks as directed by supervisors and maintain tools within company guidelines.
• Support housekeeping and organizational tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines while learning new processes and equipment.
• Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, transporting materials, and monitoring supplies.
• Document and report issues or observations to supervisors as required.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.
• Work with installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems
• Completion of final test for Apprenticeship at a minimum of 80% passing score
