Qualifications

• Must pass entry exam for joining Apprenticeship Program of Watson.
• Ability to travel to required locations for assignments as needed.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with basic maintenance, repair, installation, and operational activities.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks and maintain tools.
• Support housekeeping and organizational tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and learn new processes and equipment as trained.
• Work with installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems.
• Complete final apprenticeship tests with a minimum 80% passing score.
