Job summary

You will read drawings, use tools, manage wiring, troubleshoot, and document work while following safety standards. Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program or comparable.
• Candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience in electrical construction.
• Current driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Safely use hand and power tools such as wire cutters, pliers, screwdrivers, conduit benders, voltage testers.
• Assist in routing, pulling, and securing wires and conduits according to codes.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical problems under supervision and replace defective components.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required by policy.
• Maintain records of materials used and work performed.
