Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program or comparable.
• Candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience in electrical construction.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.
• Current driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Possess good vision and color identification of wires.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Electrical Installations: assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Reading Drawings and Diagrams: learn to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Handling Tools and Equipment: use hand and power tools safely to perform tasks.
• Wiring and Cable Management: route, pull, and secure wires and conduits as per codes.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: identify problems and assist in repairs under supervision.
• Following Safety Protocols: adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintaining Documentation: track materials used and work performed.
• Continuous Learning: participate in classes/workshops to learn more.
• Professionalism and Collaboration: work with team members to ensure coordination.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by leadership.
