Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program or comparable.
• 1–2 years’ experience in electrical construction.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass drug test, background screen, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assists licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Reads and interprets electrical drawings, diagrams, and specs to support installation.
• Learns to use hand and power tools safely and effectively for wiring, mounting, and conduit work.
• Performs wiring, cable routing, and conduit management per code and project requirements.
• Assists in troubleshooting electrical problems and making necessary repairs under supervision.
• Follows safety protocols, uses PPE, and maintains clean, organized workspaces.
