Southern Home Services seeks an Electrical Apprentice to assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems under experienced electricians. You will learn techniques, follow safety protocols, and develop hands-on skills while contributing to residential service projects.

You will gain practical experience in wiring, troubleshooting, and using electrical tools, with emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and customer service in a growing company.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and innovation as a team player.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
• Basic PC/MS Office familiarity, and ability to access and manage email.
• Ability to read and write effectively for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of electrical systems by wiring service panels and installing switches, outlets, fixtures, fans, and generators.
• Work in various environments, following safety protocols and handling confined spaces as needed.
• Load/unload tools and materials from trucks and keep work areas organized.
• Demonstrate punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic within a team.
• Learn and apply electrical techniques under supervision to develop trade skills.
