Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or commitment to apprenticeship education.
• Basic electrical and hand tool knowledge appropriate to experience.

• Ability to work with a team, adapt to changing job conditions, and complete neat, quality work.
• Willingness to follow company and customer safety requirements and complete required site training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing raceways, pulling wire, mounting equipment, and finishing outlets and lighting.
• Support job preparation, trenching, material organization, and cleanup.
• Follow safety procedures and complete required paperwork on time.
• Read installation plans and assist with layout and material planning as your skills develop.
• Use and care for tools, vehicles, and equipment responsibly.
• Communicate with your crew, follow instructions, and help keep projects on schedule.
• As experience allows, help organize assigned tasks and mentor other apprentices under lead personnel’s direction.
