Faith Technologies is seeking a Faith Apprentice I to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and specialty systems at customer sites. The role involves conduit bending, wire pulls, and hands-on support for journeymen, with a strong emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.

Travel is expected at 60-75%, with a schedule typically from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and potential evenings/weekends to meet customer needs. Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1 is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1.
• Travel: 60-75%.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.
