Job summary

Engineered Electrical Systems, LLC is seeking Electrical Apprentices at all experience levels to join our team in Brighton, Grand Rapids, and Traverse City, Michigan. You will work alongside licensed electricians on commercial projects, developing skills and gaining field experience while contributing to safe, quality installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Michigan sites.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical work in construction environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
• Willingness to participate in required apprenticeship training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with commercial electrical installations and service work.
• Pull wire, install conduit and raceways, and assist with electrical components.
• Safely operate hand and power tools appropriate to experience level.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage materials for daily jobsite activities.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and project specifications as skills develop.
• Follow MIOSHA requirements and company safety policies.
