Job summary

Ladder is hiring Electrical Helpers to support commercial electrical projects in the Metro Atlanta area, including new builds and remodels.

Positions cover work on restaurants, fuel centers, solar projects, and related sites. A valid driver’s license is required; typical schedule is 8‑hour day shifts, Monday to Friday. 1 year of electrical experience is preferred for helpers, 2 years for foreman consideration.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience required for Electrical Foreman.
• 1 year preferred but not required for Electrical Helpers.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles and access job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist on commercial electrical projects including new build and remodels.
• Support installations for restaurants, fuel centers, solar projects, and other sites in the Metro Atlanta area.
• Adhere to safety standards and cooperate with foreman on project tasks.
