Pay: $32 – $42 per hour (Based on Experience) + Overtime + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within the commercial sector. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise electrical teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high‑quality workmanship. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling will drive project success from inception to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise crews on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower
• Install and oversee conduit systems (EMT, PVC, Rigid) and wiring
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Maintain job site safety and productivity
• Train and mentor apprentices and electricians

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Proven experience as a foreman or crew leader
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Advanced conduit bending skillsi>
• Ability to manage crews and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
