Job summary

Expanse Electrical Co. is seeking Apprentice Electricians with Oil Field and Industrial experience to join our team. You will learn directly under a Journeyman Electrician, assisting in installing and maintaining electrical systems in new and existing facilities, including oil field work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as electrical helper/apprentice or coursework in electrical trade.
• Prefer candidates with State Apprenticeship License.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; willing to travel as needed.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment, random and for-cause drug tests.
• Ability to effectively converse and comprehend in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Journeyman Electrician in installing or maintaining wiring methods for electrical systems in buildings.
• Support electricians from morning roll-out to job site clean-up and learning basics of electricity.
• Demonstrate general electrical circuit knowledge, bending pipe and pulling wire.

Basic Functions

Expanse Electrical is looking for exceptional people to join our team. We have immediate openings for Apprentice Electricians with Oil Field and Industrial experience. A rewarding opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and can perform with minimal supervision. Demonstrate a desire to achieve progress toward becoming a licensed Journeyman Electrician.

Responsibilities

The Apprentice Electrician works directly under the supervision of and assists a qualified Journeyman Electrician in installing or maintaining a variety of approved wiring methods for distribution of electrical light, heat, power, radio and signaling utilization systems in existing or new buildings under construction of industrial occupancies, including oil field electrical work. Assists Electricians in their everyday assignments from morning roll-out to job site clean-up while learning the basics of electricity. General electrical circuit knowledge, bending pipe and pulling wire.

Qualifications

• 2 Plus years of experience as an electrical helper/apprentice or Coursework in Electrical Trade
• Knowledge skills and abilities for position
