Qualifications

• Experience using corporate resources for research.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements to meet outputs.
• Conduct technical evaluations to identify solutions for customer inquiries.
• Explain technical knowledge and specifications to customers.
• Read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and circuits.
• Troubleshoot product communication protocols and equipment.
• Travel for training, customer support, or trade shows (less than 15%).
• Record daily activities and contribute to team tasks.
