Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician in Wisconsin to repair production equipment and support molding operations.

You will work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, interpreting manuals and work orders to perform tasks accurately and safely. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent training, and familiarity with PLC programming and electrical/hydraulic prints.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited two-year technical college program in a related field or a four-year university program.
• Three to five years related experience, or accrued on-the-job training and experience.
• Ability to perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Understanding of basic hydraulic and electrical systems along with proper safety issues.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic prints; ladder logic/PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production and support equipment.
• Follow preventative maintenance plan for molding equipment on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual schedule or per customer requests.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Resolve auxiliary equipment issues as they arise.
