We are seeking a hands-on Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer for our client, a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company developing a next-generation facility focused on complex materials and precision components. As the Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced electrical and control systems within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of process technologies and equipment, providing opportunities to tackle unique technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for advanced manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system, instrumentation, and automation issues to minimize downtime
• Perform diagnostics, system analysis, and testing to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation
• Develop and oversee execution of preventative maintenance tasks for electrical and instrumentation systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and equipment enhancements
• Develop technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong skills in PLC programming, control systems, and instrumentation technologies are important. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and system design tools is a plus.
