Randall isseeking an experienced Electrical Designer / Detailer (BIM) to supportlarge commercial construction projects from our headquarters in Apopka, FL .This role is responsible for electrical system layout, BIM modeling, and theproduction of coordinated, construction-ready drawings that support successful prefabricationand field execution. The ideal candidate combines technical electricalknowledge with strong BIM skills and thrives in a collaborative projectenvironment.
This fully in-office position is responsible for takingClient / General Contractor provided drawings and creating flawless drawings ofelectrical systems and layouts. You willprovide overall clash detection and create spool drawings for theprefabrication of large sections of the electrical systems to be installed onlarge-scale commercial new construction job sites.
This is primarily an office position and, as such, you mustbe able to sit up to six or more hours in aneight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequentlyduring the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during theday. You must also be able tobend, stretch, crouch, andliftas required by the job.
