Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or relevant certification preferred.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments.
• Able to stand, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and digital work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electric vehicle components for field technicians.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace with safety protocols for electrical and warehouse hazards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair defective parts.
• Use computers and digital systems to review work instructions, access part information, track assemblies, and complete documentation.
• Navigate electronic records to support production and service operations.
