Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a Project Manager in Oklahoma City to support electric utility infrastructure and reliability improvement projects. You’ll own capital projects ranging from $150K to $5M, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, coordination, and delivery.

The role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and communicating progress and financial performance to stakeholders. A PMP or SAP background is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Managed technical, infrastructure or construction projects with direct responsibility for financials, reporting and deliverables.
• Proficient with Excel and project documentation.
• PMP or SAP background is a plus, but not required.
• Education and experience combinations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple electric utility projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, operations and outside contractors.
• Track expenditures, manage scope changes and catch overruns early.
• Keep materials, resources and dependencies aligned with schedules.
• Communicate progress, risks and financial performance to stakeholders.
• Drive projects forward without direct authority over every team.
