Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting project schedules with hands-on Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 (20–200 activities).
• Collaborate with project managers to support design and construction phases.
• Load and manage resources within schedules.
• Perform quality checks and reviews of project controls deliverables.
• Compare schedule data with financial information for alignment.
• Communicate with project teams on progress for electric utility and related projects.
• Integrate schedule data with Excel formulas and pivot tables.
