This role involves building and scaling SEH's electric utilities business across the Midwest. Candidate must have a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) designation and 10+ years in electric utilities, demonstrating leadership and communication skills. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Experience in electric utilities (distribution and/or substation preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead SEH’s electric utilities business.
