Job summary

SEH is seeking an Electric Utilities Group Leader to head its electric utilities business. As an employee-owned organization, we value innovation and diverse perspectives. Essential qualifications include being a Licensed Professional Engineer with experience in electric utilities, and at least 10 years' experience in the field. Qualifications

• Experience in electric utilities (distribution and/or substation preferred) or experience leading or scaling utility engineering teams.
• Direct experience working with municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, and investor-owned utilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead SEH's electric utilities business.
• Develop and execute a 3-year growth plan.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a scalable team structure.
