Job summary

Wachter, Inc. seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee Critical Power and Industrial Electrical projects.

You will manage high-volume commercial electrical accounts through all five phases of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout. Lead project scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance (OSHA), bid opportunities, and team resources while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience required.
• Electrical experience is strictly required.
• College education preferred, but not required.
• Industry experience in Construction, Technology, or related fields is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan, grow, oversee, and direct high-volume commercial electrical accounts.
• Manage project scheduling, billing, and logistical support.
• Review customer specifications, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project files.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and OSHA requirements.
