Job Title: Electric Power Generation (EPG) Service Supervisor
Location: Elkridge, Maryland
Starting Compensation Range: $79,000 - $101,000 per year
The EPG Service Supervisor is responsible for serving as a team leader, ensuring the successful operation of the department and meeting customers' needs at the highest level. The individual in this position will organize, communicate, and delegate responsibilities, while setting priorities, coaching employees as needed and providing technical expertise.
Requirements For The EPG Service Supervisor Position Include

• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings and enforce all safety policies and procedures; investigate and report on-the-job accidents or safety hazards

• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and planning skills

Seeking Candidates With

• Previous experience in service operations and comprehensive knowledge of diesel engines and generators
• College/technical degree, or comparable industry experience, preferred

• Frequently required to sit
