Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating between customers and technicians to ensure timely repairs and clear communication.

Starting Compensation Range: $64,000 - $83,000 per year

The EPG Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to gather information regarding equipment issues and providing repair status updates while repairs are in progress; opening/processing work orders in an efficient and timely manner using thorough details on customer requests/complaints to ensure technician understanding and customer satisfaction.

Seeking Candidates with:

• Minimum two years’ service related experience
• Electric power generation exposure
• High School diploma or equivalent
