Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854

Duration: Temp assignment

Shifts available: 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm).
Will need to train on 1st shift for the first 3 weeks (if they're on 2nd shift).

Pay rate: $17/hr.

Bi-Lingual English/Spanish required.

Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in daily operations by ensuring the materials within the warehouse are handled efficiently and in an organized manner. Your responsibilities include receiving, storing, and maintaining products while working in a safe and orderly environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time visibility.
2. Operate equipment such as sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
3. Collaborate with packaging and production teams to provide materials needed for production.
4. Conduct weekly cycle counts of inventory using mobile scan devices.
5. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
6. Document and report discrepancies found within the inventory system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills to accomplish directives efficiently.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required.
