Job summary

Tyson Foods, Wilkesboro, NC, is hiring a Jack Driver (PR03) to safely operate an electric pallet jack and transport product, materials, and containers throughout the production area. You will support production flow by delivering materials to the right locations in a timely and efficient manner while upholding safety, quality, and food safety standards.

Candidates must follow Tyson policies and procedures, and be able to work in a damp, fast-paced environment with appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an electric pallet jack to transport products and materials.
• Move pallets, vats, and supplies to designated production and storage areas.
• Maintain a continuous flow of product and materials to support production operations.
• Remove and transport finished product, waste, or empty containers as needed.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all traffic patterns and pedestrian safety rules within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist production personnel as needed to support operational efficiency.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management and group leaders.
