Qualifications

• Able to perform all essential functions of the job.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous motor winding experience.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekdays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment for damage and diagnose issues.
• Assemble and install coils in AC/DC rotating machines.
• Operate specialized repair and testing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

Good hand/eye coordination

Understanding of electrical theory

Strong mechanical aptitude/skills

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Experience with rigging and lifting heavy loads

Forklift experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Tools

Precision measuring devices (micrometers, calipers)
