Job summary

Devine Management Consulting in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a winding technician to rewind AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, and field coils onsite.

Applicants should have 2+ years of hands-on industrial winder experience, be able to read blueprints and winding schematics, and possess expertise with random coil and/or form coil winding. Relocation support up to $3,000 and a $1,000 sign-on bonus are available, with overtime and standard benefits.

• Perform insulation, brazing, silver soldering, and assembly.
• Test motor integrity using surge and insulation meters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relocation Package: Up to $3,000 paid moving assistance
• Housing Assistance: $1,950
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on industrial winder experience.
• Technical: Expertise with random coil and/or form coil winding.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION AND CASH INCENTIVES

• Hourly Rate: $26 – $33/ hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (First paycheck)
• Relocation Package: Up to $3,000 paid moving assistance
• Housing Stipend: $1,950
• Bonuses: $1,000 at 90 days + $1,500 at 180 days
• Overtime: Available
