Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks experienced Electric Motor Repair Technicians for multiple openings in Corpus Christi, TX, with relocation required. You will repair, rewind, and test AC/DC motors and generators, reading winding diagrams and repair specs.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, with duties including form coil work, insulation, brazing and soldering, plus data recording on windings. Relocation & bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience repairing and rewinding AC/DC motors.
• Experience with armatures, stators, rotors, generators or field coils.
• Must relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, wind and rewind AC/DC industrial motors and generators.
• Rewind stators, armatures, wound rotors and field coils.
• Strip old windings and record winding data.
• Perform form coil and random winding.
• Install copper windings, insulation, wedges and leads.
• Perform brazing and soldering.
• Disassemble, inspect and reassemble motors.
• Perform Megger, surge, Hi-Pot and insulation testing.
• Work with VPI and burnout/bake processes.
• Read winding diagrams and repair specifications.
