Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in motor winding or electrical/mechanical repair.
• Solid mechanical ability and familiarity with tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of motor components and electrical theory.
• Willing to learn, and be a team player.

Responsabilités

• Tear down, inspect, and rewind AC/DC electric motors.
• Prep motors for rewind and operate shop equipment.
• Wind coils and install insulation systems.
• Help test and troubleshoot finished motors.

Connaissances

Mechanical ability

Understanding of motor components

Ability to read schematics

Experience with measuring tools
