Job description

  • Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a variety of electrical/mechanical equipment (AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, etc.)
  • Utilize tools such as multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement
  • Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly
  • Perform in-house and on-site repairs; follow OEM, EASA, and customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks
  • Requires 13 years of experience or relevant training (EASA/military)
  • Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and mechanical/electrical safety practices at a skilled trades level

Must Have:

  • Industrial Electric Motor Experience (not automotive motors)
