Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Electric Meter Service Technician in the New London area. This full-time, non-exempt role performs meter change-outs, delivers notices as required, and supports safe operation of company vehicles and tools.

You will provide professional customer service, read maps, navigate congested areas, manage time effectively, and comply with pre-employment screenings. The position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years driving experience required.
• Computer and smartphone literate.
• Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.
• Independently manage time and workload to meet deadlines.
• Minimum 40-hour workweek with Saturdays as inclement weather make-up days.

Responsibilities

• Perform change out of existing electric utility meters and deliver notices as required.
• Ensure safe operation of a company vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
