Job summary

Grid One Solutions is seeking an Electric Meter Service Technician to read, shut off, and turn on meters, and to issue notices to customers regarding potential service interruptions. You will learn to use the computer system to plan and complete daily work.

Based in Plymouth, MA, this full-time role offers hands-on field work, safety training, and opportunities to grow within a national utility services provider. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical and/or electric experience preferred.
• 1+ years of driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform change out of existing electric utility meters and deliver notices as required.
• Assume responsibility for the safe operation of a company vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Commitment to customer service and responding to the needs of internal and external customers in a professional manner.
