Job summary

Purolator Inc. is seeking a Fleet Engineer to shape Purolator’s transition to a safer, smarter, and more sustainable ground fleet across Canada.

You will lead assessment, planning, testing, and deployment of EVs, charging infrastructure, and fleet technologies in collaboration with Fleet Engineering, EPMO, and operations. Qualifications

• Engineering degree required and applicable to fleet/infra projects.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong analytical, financial, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy EV charging solutions and charging infrastructure across Purolator fleet.
• Lead fleet planning, scenario modeling, and deployment decisions.
• Act as Fleet lead at multiple terminals to support electrification.
• Manage end-to-end technology assessment from market research to deployment.
• Provide change leadership and project management for electrical infrastructure.
• Train regional managers and technicians on electrification processes.
• Analyze data for predictive improvements and KPI development.
• Collaborate with OEMs to enhance specifications and features.
• Develop tracking tools to measure project accountability and results.
• Design and maintain analytical tools using Telematics, GIS, SAP-TM.
