City of Anaheim Public Utilities seeks an Electric Field & Operations Superintendent to lead field maintenance, substation work, and automation across the electric system. You will supervise craft staff, coordinate with engineering, and ensure safe, reliable service to Anaheim.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, overseeing emergency switching, outage response, budget and vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Five years of responsible electric system field maintenance and repair experience with one year in lead/supervisory roles.
• Completion of twelfth grade and specialized training in electrical design or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate electric system field maintenance and repair services across transmission, distribution, street lights, substations, and metering.
• Develop goals, policies, and priorities for electric field maintenance and repair activities.
• Direct work plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues with staff.
• Oversee staff training, performance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare budgets, forecast needs, monitor expenditures, and adjust as necessary.
