Responsibilities

  • Support development test units throughout the build process, including setup, troubleshooting, and validation.
  • Monitor, track, and communicate testing progress, results, risks, and issue resolution status.
  • Develop, execute, and improve first-time-capable test procedures supporting calibration, validation, and hardware development.
  • Lead diagnosis, root cause investigation, and resolution of issues during test setup and execution.
  • Participate in Product Development Teams to enhance test methods and develop new testing capabilities.
  • Create automated data analysis and post-processing tools to ensure data quality and support calibrations and reports.
  • Standardize and implement global test procedures, best practices, and standard work.
  • Collaborate with facilities, calibration and hardware teams to improve testing effectiveness and product quality.
  • Support virtual development through physics-based modeling, correlation studies, and data analytics.
  • Mentor and train new engineers to grow technical capabilities.
