Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an Electric Distribution Designer to create field designs and estimate projects. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in design software. Tasks include representing the company professionally, managing multiple projects, and performing distribution line design calculations. This is an on-site role and not remote.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Possess a current Texas Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
• Proficient with the design of both overhead and underground electric distribution facilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce electric distribution field designs and staking facilities.
• Initiate designs for construction or reconstruction of distribution facilities.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and other firms.
