Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience in electric utility operations or distribution design.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Review Maximo for new work orders and updates daily.
• Assist with development and design of electric distribution work orders.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, or text to provide updates.
• Conduct field visits to collect data and support design development.
• Assist in designing service installations and distribution facilities per standards.
• Prepare design packages and provide cost estimates where applicable.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and customers during execution.
• Support line relocations, equipment replacements, and routine projects.
• Monitor projects and help resolve issues until energization and metering.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with safety requirements.
