Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and utility experience.
• 2+ years in utility operations, electric distribution, construction, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and coordination of electric distribution service projects.
• Gather and validate project information from customers, contractors, electricians, and field personnel.
• Utilize established design tools, spreadsheets, and work management systems to determine project requirements, equipment sizing, and material needs.
• Perform field visits to assess site conditions and support project development.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation, records, and system data within company applications.
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication while resolving questions and addressing service-related concerns.
