Job summary

You will streamline day-to-day operations, provide regular program health updates, and escalate red-flag items to leadership. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is required, and utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Electric construction management team and stakeholders such as contract construction, construction management, and resource management.
• Work closely with vendors and regional teams to execute electric distribution work, NB, and civil work.
• Support the Construction management team and act as the administration arm of the work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements and corrective actions; coordinate schedules and managed dependencies.
• Streamline day to day operation for maximum efficiency; provide updates on program health and escalate red-flag items to leadership.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as needed.
