Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years in electric utility project management, engineering, contracts, construction, or operations.
• 10+ years of experience with detailed project financial forecasting and reporting.
• 10+ years of experience presenting to executives; strong stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, PowerPlan, and MS Office/Power BI suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class, complex electric capital construction projects within budget, schedule and scope.
• Own risk management decisions and outcomes.
• Drive compliance with internal business management systems for major projects.
• Direct siting, permitting, regulatory approvals and cost-recovery mechanisms.
