Job summary

Freeman Enclosure Systems, LLC in Batavia, OH is hiring an Electric Assembler to diagnose, repair, and rebuild electronics per customer requirements. The role supports Operations by assembling and wiring electrical components in accordance with diagrams and NEC standards.

Candidates should be able to read blueprints, work with electrical panels (208/480V), and lift up to 50 lbs. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC codes including wire sizing & conduit runs.
• Ability to lift and maneuver components up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with electrical panels (208/480V) and 3-phase motors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Install electrical components, equipment, or systems.
• Cut metal components for installations.
• Measure materials for installation or assembly.
• Test electrical equipment or systems for proper function.
• Repair electrical equipment as needed.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit with tools.
• Tighten connections and inspect for loose insulation.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Flex to work in related departments as required.
