United for Respect is seeking an Electoral Organizer to join our Civic Engagement Team. The role focuses on empowering volunteers and supporters to engage voters and organize their personal networks to elect working families at the ballot box.
Based in MI or GA with remote work, you will recruit, train, and coordinate organizing actions, track outreach in EveryAction and VAN, and collaborate with partners. Contract through Nov 30, 2026; base pay $5,000/month plus a $500 healthcare stipend.

United for Respect (UFR) is seeking an Electoral Organizer to join our Civic Engagement Team. Our campaign is seeking to grow the leadership of low wage workers by empowering volunteers, activist leaders, and supporters to organize their communities around the upcoming elections. Electoral organizers are responsible for empowering volunteers and supporters to engage voters and organize their own personal networks (friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, etc.) in order to win for working families at the ballot box.
