Responsibilities

• Facilitate the process of receiving and reviewing official documents under supervision.
• Maintain the County Voter Registration and related records and early ballots.
• Provide customer service and perform historical research of public records.
• Conduct research projects, summarize data and generate reports.
• Process transactions, update accounts and balance receipts.
• Enter information into computer systems and apply indexing information.
• Scan documents and ensure state, federal, and county quality standards.
• Review documents for validity and accuracy; file and distribute records.
• Assist in planning and preparing for upcoming elections; prepare early ballot distribution.
