Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required and seven years of business elections or administrative experience.
• Two years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Election-related qualifications and credentials preferred (see Professional Credentials).

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes elections; trains, directs, and supervises staff in conduct of elections.
• Regularly assigns work to other employees and supervises related activities; makes hiring decisions and manages performance.
• Administers budgets and monitoring expenditures for the department; provides public information about elections.
