Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Election Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This full-time, non-remote role pays a fixed rate of $20/hour with a day shift from 7:45am to 4:30pm. Training on specific tasks will be provided.

Responsibilities include answering questions about voting, gathering voter registration applications, assisting with ballots and absentee ballots, data entry, helping voters with ballots and machines, and training new staff.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Type: Full-time; Contract.
• Schedule: Day Shift 7:45am–4:30pm.

1. Fluent in Ilocano and Chinese is a plus!
2. Ability to type 35 wpm with accuracy and utilize MS Office.
3. Comfortable working in warm conditions without air conditioning.
4. Strong time management skills.
5. Effectively work independently and as part of a team.
6. Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
