PulseLearning is seeking a highly skilled eLearning Developer to transform completed instructional design storyboards into polished, interactive digital learning experiences. This hands-on role brings the vision to life through advanced Storyline 360, Rise, and custom interactions.

You will contribute strong visual design, 2D animation, and illustration while applying AI-assisted development to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

3+ years as an eLearning or Storyline developer in hands-on roles.
Expertise in building advanced Storyline interactions and Rise projects.
Strong visual design skills and animation for engaging courses.
Experience with SCORM/xAPI publishing and LMS compatibility.
Proficient with AI tools to enhance development workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging and polished eLearning courses from completed storyboards.
Build advanced learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
Develop sophisticated Storyline interactions using variables, triggers, states, layers, conditions, branching scenarios, and custom interactions.
Create interactive learning experiences beyond standard templates and out-of-the-box functionality.
Develop scenario-based learning, simulations, knowledge checks, and other interactive components.
Configure and publish learning content using SCORM and xAPI.
Test and troubleshoot courses for reliability across browsers, devices, and LMS.
Optimize courses for performance, usability, accessibility, and learner experience.
