Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing warehouses, planning, or logistics roles.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Experience using SAP.
• Basic forklift operation knowledge.
• Knowledge/use of hand tools and ability to use a ladder safely.
• Ability to lift/pull/push up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory processes and drive continuous improvement; support cross-functional collaboration to meet production schedules and goals.
• Coordinate and expediting materials.
• Manage inventory quality and accuracy; maintain inventory management systems.
• Schedule dedicated and expedited transportation.
• Trend transportation costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop and integrate processes to improve safety, efficiency, quality and cost control.
• Build relationships with plant leadership, commercial teams, customer service and finance to align logistics with business strategy.
• Publish performance metrics.
• Support master schedule execution.
• Perform routine warehouse tasks such as sorting materials, picking components, packing, goods receipts, cycle counting and raw material audits.
• SAP data maintenance and storage-location cleanup.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Optimizing inventory processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration to meet production schedules and organizational goals.

• Managing inventory quality and accuracy and maintaining inventory management systems.

• Build strong relationships with plant leadership, commercial teams, customer service, and finance to manage complex issues and align logistics with broader business strategy.

Qualifications for the role:

• Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
• Experience using SAP
• Basic forklift operation knowledge and skills
